Pros
The corporate leadership of Hobby Lobby is dedicated to running their business in a radically generous way. Their commitment to serving their communities and the world at large is impressive and unlike any other company I have ever seen. They do all of this quietly, not advertising any of it. They do it because they believe it is the right thing to do, not for the accolades. This sets them apart and made me proud to work for them.
Cons
Companies are, of course, made up of individuals so I certainly had experience with managers and district managers his attitude did not align with that of the leadership of the company. That was disappointing.
