Cons
A lot of work for little pay. Have to fight like crazy for a raise...u will never get more than 50 to 75 cents more from what I hear. It can take more than 2 years to get a raise even though other people that started within weeks of you might get raises their 1st year. Lots of favoritism. You have to ask for a raise so if you struggle with that? You are out of luck. Tons of thieves and you can't do anything about it. Can't pay all your bills on 18.50 an hour in washington where the median house costs half a mil. There can be lots of gossip so watch out and dont share ANY personal info that u don't want EVERYONE to know.
