Pros
The company has been around for over 50 years, been through hard times and have come out the other side stronger. If you actually work while at work, this is a great company to work for. Due to the type of business it is, there can be extremely stressful times, however, with a little dedication and some work ethics you can easily succeed here. There has been some major shifts in management lately, and we will continue to see changes happening over the next 6 months to a year, these changes are focusing more on employee satisfaction and overall work flow/communication. Benefits are great, flexibility is great, and how much the Hodges family truly cares for their employees makes a lot of employees come back to work.
Cons
The road - not paved, however it is much better than dealing with traffic to work in a big city.
