8yThank you for sharing your perspective. The situation you refer to was extraordinarily unique and very difficult for everyone involved. Although the specific reasons are complex and must remain confidential, we felt the action taken was in the best interest of all at Hoffer Plastics. Employee departures are losses, and we will continue to work very hard to do as much as possible to prevent them.
