Teamwork is very high. People tend to get out of their way to help the ball rolling forward. Fair recognition of skills, strength, and abilities. Management make common sense.
Cons
Systems are antiquated like 10-15 years old. Potential to grow is low. People Management needs some re-thinking to be in sync with the New Age.
