      - Good company with work life balance - good learnings and exposure - good benefits in medical insurance, term insurance -permanent WFH option in selected teams.

      Cons

      - those who are completely WFH, are completely disconnected from office culture and benefits - Diwali gift is taken out part of your CTC - Salary structure includes gratuity, variable pay- this reduces actual home intake. - CTC is far below market standards - Appraisals percentage always <=3%
