a rapidly growing company - Operations Manager Holidale Employee Review

Currently, I am a Marketing Specialist working in Holidale. I love the environment and my co-workers! They are awesome! It is a startup company, I get the chance to learn lots of new tools and channels. I also get the chance to learn the cooperation among different departments, such as operation, accounting, and sales. They are very valuable to me and very helpful to my growth.

I feel pretty good right now. Some general work pressure, but my co-worker are very nice. They help me to adapt to vacation rental field, which I am not that familiar with.

None that I could remember

Overtime expected all the time, the founder/ceo has very big ambition and pep talk(PUA talk) all time, but so cheap in staffing and paying. All the reviews I found on Glassdoor for this company is so fake and clearly manipulated
