Was unfortunately working with an emotionally unstable management. Panics at most situations and emotionally influences the team. Says one thing but does another. When a team member informs that they will be 5 mins late for a meeting due to operational needs or other unforeseen circumstances, management says that their time is not respected. Management has been late for meetings multiple times without informing in advance, why is it okay when they do it? Unforgiving, unempathetic. Workload is ridiculous, when you share with management that you are unable to cope and propose to hire an additional headcount (be it fulltime or parttime) to help ease the load, management rejects without hesitation or offering to help find an alternative or solution. Only word of advice given was ‘do not be overwhelmed.’ Management is incompetent and not able to manage emotions professionally. Most of the time, things are taken personally and favoritism is shown. Worst experience in my entire career, wasted a year of my life here.
