Pros
A free trip every couple years to a place you didn’t choose.
Cons
There is micromanagement and a low level of trust. They overwork employees to the point of burnout “dangle the carrot” of travel and exploit their employees’ wanderlust as an excuse to offer poor wages and benefits. Make promises of a big end of year bonus, which is unreliable and often disappointing. Managers are very cold and disingenuous. Very much feels like an old boys club with big brother looking over your shoulder. Staunchly conservative leadership - act like they care about you but all that really matters is the bottom line. No regard for employee quality of life. If you’re considering a job here because you love to travel, I suggest taking a higher paying job and traveling on our own time instead.
