I strongly advise all future employees to exercise extreme caution when considering employment with this company. My personal experience with them has been highly disappointing and concerning. They have shown a complete lack of integrity and professionalism, particularly in their handling of final paychecks. Despite clear contractual agreements, they failed to provide me with the full amount owed and unjustifiably withheld payment, even after returning the company laptop in good faith. Their disregard for employee rights and their failure to meet their obligations are red flags that should not be ignored. I highly recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere, as this company has proven to be untrustworthy and unresponsive when it comes to fulfilling their financial commitments to their employees. Furthermore, during my initial interactions with a few employees at the company, during coffee-meet and greets, it became apparent that there was a certain unease surrounding the leadership. It was subtly implied that the management was to be dealt with carefully, and I was advised to be cautious and deliberate in my communication and interactions with them. This conveyed a culture that was neither open nor stimulating, but rather reminiscent of a dictatorial environment. In a meet and greet where I inquired about what my colleague enjoyed most about their role and what they found fun at the company, there was a noticeable delay in response from one individual. We looked at each other and shared an awkward laugh, acknowledging the difficulty in finding something positive to highlight.This alarmed me but I also felt relief because I noticed this environment when I first started. These encounters further reinforced the impression that the company's culture may not be conducive to a fulfilling and enjoyable work experience.
