Great Place for Beginner Experience - Care Access Specialist Holman Group Employee Review

I have been employed at Holman Group for over 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I work in the marketing department and it has grown so much since I first began working at Holman Group. The company is goal-oriented and open to ideas from their employees. Holman Group strives to employ people who are positive, professional, courteous and willing to learn; therefore, my co-workers provide a great atmosphere and communication is always encouraged. Management is very generous with their praise and with doling out raises and bonuses to those who work hard and are deserving.

If you’re not the kind of person who’s passionate about this industry and believes in the company’s mission, I don’t recommend applying. People who are just looking for a paycheck don’t last long here because there’s too many great applicants out there who can do the work and put in the passion.

Fellow coworkers are a delight and the health benefits are okay.

This company is not an established company and that means there are no resources for the clients. If you truly care and are passionate about helping people, this is not the place. They only care about money - not helping or serving the client population. You're expected to take on a ridiculous workload that is humanly impossible and are given snarky comments by management (who dont know anything, by the way). Management is atrocious, condescending, smug, clueless, not helpful, judgemental, and know absolutely nothing but somehow still think they're better than you. This place is honestly a joke. Owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful. All management are family members or family friends which is completely unethical. I personally read the reviews before I started and ignored them thinking they couldn't possibly be this bad, but unfortunately it's true. Find employment elsewhere because this place will give you overwhelming stress, anxiety and depression. It's a truly toxic work environment.
