      Pros

      Good medical benefits, smart friendly people, and excellent work life balance. Top notch Instrumentation. Market leader (for now) in many classes.

      Cons

      The R&D investment is low compared to previous years. The focus on aggressive growth at the expense of r&d results in frequent small quarterly layoffs and project interruptions. The acquisition of cynosure hurt the rest of the divisions. Salaries are no longer competitive
