Hologic is one of the best company which is growing in medical field, so employee can be exposed to such unusual working environment, get opportunities to develop themselves.

Cons

Unlike matured companies, Hologic has huge opportunities to develop system/procedures/infrastructures, therefore, for those who comes from traditional companies might be frustrated, unless they are happy to get busy to build up business at Hologic.
