It’s great to hear you saw us as a caring employer that looks after colleagues. That’s something we truly care about, so it’s lovely to see it felt in your day to day. We’re also really pleased you’d recommend us and feel positive about where things are heading.
You’re right, the role can be hard work and there are times when hours feel long. We know roles like Service Manager carry a lot, and we keep working on how we support colleagues, from flexible working to wellbeing support when things get busy.
