Hybrid model means only 1 wfh day. Working every other Saturday for those in sales. No flexible working at all. Constant state of preaching of values (probably just to remind themselves more than anything). Pay is below market average and very unlikely to change even with inflation and cost of living on the rise. Given as a prop tech company, we are given tech that came out in the early 2010’s/4th 5th gen laptops to complete our work with. Managers Micromanaging. Favouritism. Unrealistic goals set up managers but can see that higher ups are breathing down their necks as the company struggles to secure funding. Sales Virtually unreachable commission structure for those who are working in sales. For one’s considering to work here; get the experience and go.
