+ Latest tech + Some verz knowledgeable people + Many learning opurtunities + Self development is encouraged and supported + Apprenticeship programm is great here + Work on own time management, very flexible working hours + Mistakes are taken as oppurtunities to improve and learn + Open to new ideas
Cons
- Maybe some things are more complex than they should be - Very fast development, not much time for maintenance or tech debt - Benefits are lacking - Jobbike, BVG ticket, 3 Months work abroad and a great office - Outsourcing of developer manforce contributes to lacking skill and communication - Sometimes unclear what the company objectives are - I dont know where my career is going or when i can expect a promotion from the company side
