Pros

Had good people. The senior R&D were skilled and awesome people. might learn and gain experience for first job, not recommending staying more than a year

Cons

Micro-management - management doesnt trust the employees, and doesnt let them do their job. Unprofessional Management - Lies about the financial situation of the company and about the numbers of legit properties listed. management behavior made all the founding r&d team leave, they higher juniors to take advantage of them and make them work hard with minimal pay, they hired new (unskilled) team leads to micro manage the developers.

Pros

Great coworkers and employees are allowed to work from home.

Cons

Leadership is openly biased and corrupt, playing favorites without shame. Skilled and hardworking employees are dismissed, ignored, and left without recognition, while incompetent people who contribute nothing are rewarded and celebrated because of personal connections. Effort, dedication, and loyalty mean absolutely nothing compared to who you know.
