8yI don’t know what happened with your experience at HomeServe and I’m genuinely sorry that we didn’t get to talk about this when you worked here.
Last thing I want to do is challenge your views - because they are just that, your views. However there are a couple of things in your review that do deserve some challenge and clarification.
I can’t speak for John Lewis but maybe they don’t encourage employees to leave reviews. We have put the message about Glassdoor on billboards, on our computer desktops, and in emails to the whole staff because we are comfortable with what might be said, we always ask that reviews are honest as it gives us an opportunity to learn.
Apologies if you didn’t understand how to progress though the career framework. There are many opportunities to progress within HomeServe, for example, our One for the Future and 2020 Leadership programmes. I wish you’d come to me earlier so I could have explained it to you.
