My name is Aaron Ali and I joined the Banbury team as Head of Customer Deployment a couple of weeks ago.
First of all I’m really sorry that you are feeling the way you are. We spend so much of our life at our place of work and its my and the teams responsibility to make that time here as easy and pleasing as possible. It seems we haven’t done a great job of that in the past and this is one of the reasons I have moved over from the Walsall team to here.
I’m pleased that you recognise that Homeserve is great for our Customers but I’m determined that this is no different to the way we treat our People particularly in our Banbury site.
I would be very willing to meet with you to talk through your concerns. It would be a good opportunity to share some of the work we are doing to put things right but also get your feedback on what else we should consider to make Homeserve Banbury the great place to work I know it can be. It was tough in Walsall a few years ago too and a lot of hard work went in to turning that around, I’m sure with the same energy from all of us we can do the same here.
