Pros

I worked with some good people.

Cons

There was little training for call centre agents before putting them on the phones. There was also very poor treatment of staff, including a refusal to make reasonable adjustments for colleagues where necessary. The environment was very toxic and the company showed no care or compassion for colleagues.

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
