      - good experience with rejection - fun group of marketers

      Cons

      - don't perform they will fire you immediately - don't pay their reps for appointments they could staff. pretty much if the marketer books a meeting and the rep can't make it, marketer suffers the consequences

      Pros

      The Columbia office where I work has only been open for a year or so and seeing the office balloon and become more successful has been exciting and motivating for everyone. All in all, I’m really excited for my career at Homestar and feel that I’m part of something special. You feel like you’re in it together with management and everyone else here rather than a top-down thing, and it feels like more of a community.

      I'm not a morning person and sometimes people are overly friendly in the morning
