Pros

As an AE @ HomeStars you need to have work ethic and determination. If you're willing to grind, battle objections there is no reason why you can't smash the OTE. Uncapped commission is very attainable and all managers are willing to provide coaching and support.

Pros

Work from home, so you make your own hours. Show up for phone meetings and you're all good. Easy enough to sell, and once sold, you don't have to give service to customers, that is handled by someone else.

Cons

The only good review for this company on this site was CLEARLY written by a specific person on the management team (I guess he works here too, but yuk- a review company faking reviews is a bit of a joke.). They keep announcing "new plans". It's framed as evolution and growth. In actuality, it's a company that keeps changing the gameplay instead of editing the roster. The management is completely ineffective and a few of them have personal boundary issues. Fellow employees have no idea what is going on and how the site works.
