Cons
Being real estate, deals do fall out. It can be frustrating, but there's technology and support in place to find replacements quickly. We transact our business in the fastest moving markets in the country, so there's lots of competition - you need to be able to adapt fast. If you come into the position understanding that then you're ahead of the game. There's turnover. You hate see people go, but it happens. This is a challenging job and because we're a start up we're constantly evolving. As a challenging job it can be daunting to some. But the people doing well here have adapted to change and excelled. It comes down to the individual. If you ask, someone will help. If you make the effort, you'll get rewarded. And like any challenging environment, you lose people along the way, but those that remain are doing well.
