Pros
HomeX has some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. For such a new company, they've made strides in making sure that their growth doesn't overwhelm their employees. Emphasis is made on using your PTO and recharging when you need to. All ideas are welcome here and the collaboration across teams is part of what makes HomeX so great. This company has worked hard to keep its employees connected and has managed to continue to strengthen its company culture despite the barriers of remote work.
Cons
Like any new company, we work fast and can change direction quickly. This can be exciting for some people, but may not be everyone's ideal work environment. Part of working at a start-up is wearing multiple hats. That means sometimes expanding your job title beyond what is on paper. To some this is a fun challenge and an opportunity to grow, but is not ideal for those who would rather have a more narrow and cemented scope of work.
