* Favorable comp plan where even 1% over target gets you into accelerators * Good benefits and matching 401K * Management is quick to resolve issues, I.E. a payroll issue for myself was resolved in a matter of “days” when brought to HR’s attention * Genuine people that care about the mission and guiding homeowners through our process
Cons
Take the cons with a grain of salt from 1 star reviews. The truth lies often times in the middle of the 5 star and 1 star extremes: * Yes, 2025 was a difficult year with some months where less than half the floor hit goal. Management reduced targets by a good margin to compensate and now over half the floor hits goal, probably closer to 70% of the floor lately * Lead flow can be erratic at times, however, goals are set in part due to prior weeks and months of lead quantity * Not sure why folks feel this place is full of “toxic positivity”. Would you rather everyone be cold, calculating, and mean spirited? I’ve never personally felt that any of my interactions with management or peers to be anything but genuine and honest
