      Pros

      There are great peers to work with. The job is really rewarding and sometimes there is time to work on your own homework

      Cons

      Some evenings the calls are constant. That is part of what its all about, but it was start to wear on you if students on the other end of the line are really not trying

      The pay is low but again it's a part-time on campus job for college students
