Pros
Since there's a demand for brokers, they will be able to accommodate somewhat in terms of salary. There's quick growth into the role and more senior positions since they need skilled workers but it depends on the employees' motivation to be able to meet KPIs.
Cons
Burnout. This seems to be the most prevalent issue. The team I was in had a 100% turnover rate within 2 years. Training also is not consistent throughout the teams leading to misinformation and mistakes which does damage personal and company reputation. If the performance is poor, some people will badmouth. This is limited to a few people but constantly hearing negative and non-constructive feedback affects morale.
