      Gud salary, gud work culture and environment..freedom to apply our knowledge and ideas. Would recommend it to everybody. Go for it.

      Cons

      Salary hikes, limited oppurtunities, less chances of growth or we can say slow growth rate..still i would recommend it to everyone.
