Pros
The offices are nice and there is a good canteen. There is a car scheme in place which has the benefit of getting a new car at least once a year.
Cons
Depending on which part of the business you work in, the hours can be very long with no reward recognition scheme in place and salaries are low compared to other companies. Expectation is very high with often little resource.
