      especially in a time of poor economy, honda sales are up and see no slow down in sales

      Pros

      Company is stable and room for growth if you stay long enough. Good retirement ie 401k and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours depending on team and evening meetings with Japan. Compensation is lower generally than industry average.
