Clocking out and turning on my TV.
Cons
Supervisors place you into a box that you'll never climb out of if you come into their technical support role. They don't like ambition or thinking outside of the box. And you better be ready to be glowing with a smile glued to your face every time you answer the phone. Otherwise they'll accuse you of pushing your personal problems on to the customer. To be Honest (no pun intended) it's just another job... There's no opportunity here, just perpetual frustration.
