Pros
- Most people come off quite friendly here.
- Some of the managers are nice and understanding of personal situations.
Cons
- No real way to offer anything to customers who are angry due to price increases. Expect to be Abused and Yelled out frequently.
- Favoritism in the workplace meaning if you're not playing office politics, expect to not move anywhere in the business.
- Although they pitch "Working as a team" across the centre, you often can feel unsupported.
- Expect to be micromanaged and have to report every bit of detail to management.
- Do not expect to be upskilled in anything outside of basic training.
- Basic training is very general and essentially is "This is the PDS, This is where x limitation would apply".
- Despite people being nice, management talk (negatively) about a lot of staff. I only found out by chance as I overheard management talking about firing someone for performing badly as I walked past a meeting room.
- When i joined, i was offered the minimum salary without being able to negotiate. Later on i had found out that one of my colleagues who had less experience than I did (In CS and Insurance in general), was getting paid 10k more than I was despite my prior experience.
