Lots of issues and no leadership - Sales HoneyComb Employee Review

Leadership team values trust and transparency; they explain decisions with uncommon candor. Product is beloved by users. Company is much more diverse than average, and it makes a huge (positive) difference. Lots of autonomy.

Wants to be a high-trust company but is actually a high-context company, which means things can move slow. Competing in a crowded market. Company is very small (employee-numbers) for its stage and customer-base, this means everyone constantly feels understaffed.

*A fun environment to work in. *Good amount of transparency. *Honest business to work for *Everything is a team effort. *They deliver quality work and have a growing clientele.

Normal growing pains but currently thats all I can think of
