Good crew and managers. The work is interesting.
Cons
HR and Payroll don't communicate with employees when there's an issue. They rely on AI to handle everything. The payroll "team" cant seem to figure out how to pay employees for their labor Which is their only job. You have to pester them to hold up their end of the offer agreement and seem to have no issue violating Illinois labor laws. The live agent you have to deal with through chat can't get off the chat fast enough. They didnt even ask any question. If you like to get paid for your labor, this isn't the place for you.
