When I started at Honeywell it was a great place to work, they were very family oriented and cared about you as a person. After Allied Signal bought us things are progressively getting worse. I am in a union shop, so when we get a raise in wages our out of pocket medical premium goes up so we really do not see a raise in wages at all. We used to have excellent medical coverage but that keeps getting more expensive with less coverage. Sometimes i swear that they stay awake at night just trying to find ways to piss us off!
