Market competitve remuneration. High bonus (although with unrealistic targets due to a poor value proposition to market).

Cons

Onboarding process and mentor support are merely empty slogans, leading to a prolonged period for new employees to navigate the company smoothly. Low employee retention.

Pros

My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

Cons

No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
