      covers all equipment tools to perform your work, all systems are available to work, keep hybrid assitance and that always supports flexibility and good work enviroment

      Cons

      offices are very call center like, does not have any privacy and you don't get to pick a permante place to work, it rotates everyday

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
