Pros
Friendly Environment and flexible hours. Startup environment and free coffee. Is an interesting experience to get the foot into the sports industry.
Cons
I can't think of any main flaw: I like it here. The pay as a contractor is low but you know what you are going to get before so is up to you: can't complain if you agreed in the first place.
