Pros
The organization for most aspects of hiring and orientation process have been wonderful! The communication has been amazing. Every stage and decision has been explained and done efficiently.
Cons
The only surprise was the 8 weeks of in field orientation after the 3 days of initial orientation. However, I was aware there would be supervised time and the management team is amazingly flexible to accommodate employee and patient needs.
