Good environment/questionable pay - Sales Associate Horizon Tile Employee Review

Great products, beautiful showroom, decent pay(but still not worth it). I don’t have anything else pro to say but have to use at least 20 words in this category to submit.

Everything the other reviewer said about this company. It is a very dysfunctional company. Owner is very secretive about sales numbers. There is no way to gage where you stand. Owner is very eccentric and out of it. She is extremely forgetful and temperamental. Needs to retire and let someone else run the company. Lots of drama. One of the worst experiences of my life. Will not pay you what is promised and on time. Has a shady lawyer on her payroll that bullies everyone that leaves. I’m pretty sure I have PTSD after working there! Benefits package and PTO is archaic. I quit the rollercoaster!

Beautiful showroom, great location, good benefits and decent pay.

It is a dysfunctional company. The owner means well but doesn't know how to run the company functionally in todays world. Loads of drama between each location. You will not get the proper training to be successful. No room for growth.
