Poor place to work - Grounds/Maintenance Worker Hortech Employee Review

Easy company to work for. Great people, great company driven goals and mission statements

None that I can think of

Management has their own way of doing things and despite giving a lot of lip service to how they want employee input, ultimately they do what they want even if the actual workers say over and over how it makes no sense and is inefficient. You will be babysat like a child even if you're a great employee. They treat you like they expect the worst from you. Lots of arbitrary rules. If you're 1 minute late its an issue that apparently needs addressing even if you've been on time for literally years. A lot of people with nasty attitudes spread negativity to your day unnecessarily. Sadly, this could be a great job if they treated workers as adults and trusted people to do their jobs.
