Great to get experience, contacts, get your work known. I recommend to not work there more than 2-3 years.

Awful administration, neglected area, no professional growth, no increase in salary, the payment is AWFUL, they only hire licensed chemists but they pay you as a tech. They do not support further education and certification. No extra help even when the whole hospital is full capacity. No recognition of improvements.

Excellent equipment and faculty, location, resources.

Toxic environment, extremely poor pay, no accountability for abuses from superiors, inappropriate behavior by faculty and management.
