Great learning environment, but managemnet needs to learn to respect employees - Linux Systems Administrator I HostGator.com Employee Review

HostGator Management does not seem to care for its employees, preferring quantity over quality, and providing very little input back to the employee. Reviews are few and far between, and when asking to be trained up to the next level, you are often told "you need to lean _____" and left to do it on your own. You are given no opportunities to do learning on the clock, as you must spend 100% of your clocked in time doing job performance duties to meet quota, and - once quota is met - you and still required to continue to performe your duties and are not allowed to spend any time on tasks that are not directly a part of your current job duties (i.e. learning or studying toward the next level of your employment).
