      Lack of communication, low pay, negative kitchen manager, smoking allowed inside, forced to work a kitchen shift to save money, no general manager, owner barely there, suggestions and complaints go unheard, no accountability for staff, poor food handling,

      Great money at times. When you’re a server it’s pretty easy to get shifts

      Cons

      Very catty because of the girls you work with. Hostile environment. Managers definitely play favorites on who gets the good sections. A LOT of favoritism.
