My experience so far has been amazing. The kind of work I’m doing here is exactly what I was looking for — it's meaningful, engaging, and aligned with my career goals. This was one of the key reasons I moved from Bangalore to Indore — not only did I find the right opportunity, but I also got to be in my hometown with my family. When I joined, I had zero knowledge of HR operations. I started from the basics, gradually learned, adapted, and grew in the field. Looking back now, this journey has turned out to be one of the best things for me — both personally and professionally. The work environment here is brilliant. The open culture ensures that you never feel like you're speaking to someone “senior”. Everyone, including upper management, is approachable, supportive, and kind. I am grateful to Divya ma'am for believing in me and always being there with her guidance and support. I’ve also had an incredible team that kept me motivated and taught me so much along the way. The food is genuinely amazing, and the facilities are well taken care of. Regular events, cultural celebrations, and team gatherings are a big part of the company’s culture. What’s even better is that families are often included in these celebrations, helping us bond across teams on a deeper level.
