Pros
If you are junior and depending on which VP you are working with, there is opportunity to rapidly advance one or two levels as turn over is high.
Cons
Management doesn't care about people at all, working 60 hr weeks is normal. Company is currently deteriorating and aggressively fire people in favour of outsourcing/poor automation/cheaper employees. Management will often tell employees one message (company is growing, lots of opportunities, exciting changes) but the actions they take are very much in opposition of those messages (no trust with management, no sense of job security, aggressively overworked)
