Low call volume on non Mondays.
Cons
Customer are aweful to work with training is subpar and you learn almost nothing. By the end of training only 4 people were left in my class. As soon as I got another job offer I jumped ship and I'm happy I did. You almost can't blame the customers because they get bad service and it's a perpetual loop of unhappy agents and customers.
