      Pros

      I enjoy the flexible schedule and ability to work from home. I like the challenging work and there is always something new to learn about this business.

      Cons

      Transactions move quickly in this business and we are always on-boarding or negotiating an acquisition. You have to be on your A-Game all the time to keep up! It can get overwhelming at times.

      Upward mobility, great staff and resources, an awesome boss with lots of transparency.

      Cons

      You can expect to wear more than one hat at this company, it’s great for gaining experience but can be overwhelming at times during on boarding
