      Admin staff was amazing and went above and beyond

      Cons

      District is ran poorly; a lot of the curriculum and ways of teaching is not supplemental to students at all

      Pros

      At an EAS school, there is more autonomy. It is not so microamnaged. Free Pre-k for your kids. Available bonus pay through PFP model.

      Cons

      Not much coaching happening at EAS schools (for a first year teacher that may be difficult). Not all elementary schools have Pre-k so your kid may not attend the school you work at. I am finding out my new salary on THE DAY I RETURN TO WORK. Crazy.
