      The Kids!!!! Networking, Growth, Professional Development, Holidays OFF, Optional Summers off, you can always make more money in the summer

      Cons

      Politics, it seems easy for upper management to pick on employees. Some of our leaders lack social skills which turns teachers off sometimes.
